  • Nestled in Melbourne, we are driven by a mission to infuse your home with beautiful home things. We blends robotics, human creativity, and innovative 3D printing techniques, allowing us to design and produce a diverse range of pieces, from functional planters to funky lamps, each meticulously tailored to elevate your living space.

How we started

  • Pocket is a cat, a very cute cat. Pocket truly understands the simplicity of life and slow living. She loves to sit and watch the world go by, and that helped inspire the idea to use innovative techniques to light up the world around us.
    Pocket's unique perspective on life inspired us to think outside the box (and into 3D design) and create something truly special.

Who we are

  • My name is Aki, I'm the creator and currently sole operator of Pocket Picked It.
    I've always been the person to notice the horrible bright overhead lights (the big lights) in a space and in need to find a combination of lamps and lights to solve it.
    I've lost count how many times I've paused a movie to adjust the mood of the room. It's become the things I'm known for, well that and for knocking over cups.

    This lead me down a path of being super passionate about making a home feel like a home, whether with lamps, planters, or just the strategic placement of home things.
    Once I discovered what 3D additive manufacturing is and the true capabilities of it I had to know more.
    I sketch, design, 3D model, produce, maintain, promote, deliver, and improve on these home things every day.

    Creating something that can brighten someones space and create a sense of home is what I'm all about.

On top of making our manufacturing processes more eco-friendly, we're all about using materials that help us do just that. We opt for earth-friendly choices, using a plant-based polymer for all our products.
