Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order. As a small, made-to-order Melbourne workshop, each item is produced with care and individually crafted for you. Please review our policy below to ensure the process is clear, easy, and fair.
Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@pocketpickedit.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect
We will review your claim and arrange either a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Email hello@pocketpickedit.com with your order number to begin the process. We will arrange a return shipping label and provide instructions.
• Return shipping costs for exchanges will be invoiced to you prior to your exchange item being dispatched.
• If you prefer not to exchange, we can issue a store credit for the value of your item. Store credit has no expiry.
The product must be packaged into the original box.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our items are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you would like to return your item for another colour or product, please use our exchange process.
Refunds
If a replacement is not suitable for a defective item, we will issue a refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days once confirmed.
